Why are my alerts not showing?

If you have a 'manual' installation your alerts may not be showing because the Conversion Maximizer code snippet has not been correctly added to your theme template. Please check if your code installation has been successful by clicking on the 'Installation' button in the top right of your screen, and then click the 'Check snippet installation' button. This will tell you if the code has been installed correctly.

If you have an 'automatic' installation, it might be because none of your alerts are currently live/active? If you are running into issues setting up your alerts, please send us a support ticket and we will get back to you ASAP.

How do I remove the code snippet if I want to uninstall the app?

The code snippet was placed in your product template liquid. Follow these directions to find the template:

Themes > Action > Edit code > Sections > product-template.liquid

Once you have found the template, Ctrl F and type ‘Conversion Maximizer’ to find the code. This will take you to the code snippet. You can then delete the line of code and save the change.
